| Summary: | Add the following rule to the NSAA Speech Manual:
6.7.4.2 Sweepstakes points for the state contest will be based on final round scoring only: First place-20 points, Second-18, Third-16, Fourth-14, Fifth-12, Sixth-10. The top three students (and ties) will be recognized with an additional award. | |||
